Quick Workout

Here is a quick workout that wills burn a ton of calories if you are short on time:
Get ups- 15
Pushups- 15
Chin ups-15
Lunges in place- 15 each leg
Prisoner squats-15
Glute Bridge-15
Plank- 45 second hold
Go through this 2-3 times and you will burn a ton of calories in under 15 minutes.
