An FFC team member since 2012, Mara Gamble has spent over 10 years in the fitness industry between her training as a gymnastics coach and current position as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Mara spent 6 years in the children’s fitness industry coaching competitive gymnastics in Southwest Florida. Through these years she trained and competed a number of talented child athletes, with many achieving top podium and state champion placements!
Mara’s passion for fitness and desire to learn more is what brought her to a career in personal training with Florida Fitness Coaches. She truly enjoys the opportunity to positively impact peoples’ lives on an everyday basis. After receiving her personal training certification through NASM, she continued her training by obtaining her Level 1 Kettlebell Certification before turning her attention to corrective exercise. Mara completed both the Level 1 and Level 2 certification for FMS (Function Movement Screen), which allows her to specialize in working with clients who have faulty movement patterns, asymmetries, extreme muscle tightness/weakness, and misalignments which often result in constant minor body aches and pains.
