Mara’s journey with FFC began in 2012 as a certified personal trainer, advancing to gym manager in 2015 following her BS in Business Management from FGCU. Since 2017, she proudly owns Florida Fitness Coaches. With 18 years in fitness, Mara began as a competitive gymnastics coach, later specializing in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Transitioning from coaching young gymnasts, Mara now focuses on educating adults in healthy lifestyles, encompassing fitness and nutrition coaching. Her vision for FFC fosters a positive environment for diverse individuals to excel, achieve goals, and cultivate lifelong health habits.
Specializing in weight loss coaching and functional movement training, Mara holds Level 1 and 2 Certifications in FMS, crafting tailored programs for clients addressing movement issues and imbalances, aiming to alleviate chronic discomfort. Her expertise extends to nutrition coaching, enhancing sport performance (e.g., tennis, golf, pickleball), power-lifting, and overall fitness enhancement.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mara cherishes family time with her husband and two children, indulges in travel, and embraces active pursuits such as OCR races with Spartan and Savage Race, snowboarding, and lively board game nights.

Tim Jenner brings a powerful mix of education, experience, and enthusiasm to the Florida Fitness Coaches team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health from the University of Nebraska and is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a specialist in The Biomechanics Method of Corrective Exercise, Tim focuses on identifying muscular imbalances and improving movement patterns to reduce pain and prevent injury. He’s also a certified Flexologist through StretchLab, offering expert flexibility training to enhance recovery and performance.
